We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Paypal. 

Shipping Info: 
BarnLoftCandles.com utilizes Drop-shippers (we offer someone else's products and they- not us - ship them to you). We offer 2 modes of transit - FedEx or USPS (United States Postal Service). You can enter your zip code in the box provided to calculate which would be the most affordable option and select it.
At this time, we ship to the continental U.S., only.

When to expect delivery:  
Not all 
candles are warehoused for immediate shipment & may require production time. Please allow time for production & transit time. 
Currently, our average turnaround is 2-6 business days before shipment..If you have a deadline to meet, please provide this information in the comments section of the cart. We will notify you if we for some reason cannot meet your deadline.

Color sampling: We strongly recommend ordering a small candle to color sample before placing larger order. We do our best to convey color accuracy on our website, however due to monitor settings, lighting and other circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee the accuracy.
If color is extremely important, please email us at [email protected] to arrange to send us a color swatch.

Cancellations: Orders that are cancelled before production will be refunded in full if card has been charged. Cancellations after order has entered production will incur a 15% restocking fee, as we will have to shelve the order. 
Orders that have already been sent to shipping cannot be cancelled. You will need to request an RMA# for a return (
see return page)

Instances that may incur extra charges/credits without further notice:

  • Refusal of order: Refusing order from carrier will result in any charges involved for refusing the order, and a 20% restocking fee will be assessed upon item's return to our warehouse, less shipping costs. Items shipped free from our warehouse, will be charged shipping upon return.
     
  • Incorrect Address given: Carriers charge a fee to correct an address or return an item to us due to an address they cannot validate. Any fees associated with incorrect information provided by the customer, will be recovered from the customer without notice.

  •  Unauthorized Returns: Returns received without an RMA# (unauthorized) may incur a 20% restocking fee on items that are saleable. Any damaged product received cannot be refunded.
  •  Incorrect Address given: Carriers charge a fee to correct an address or return an item to us due to an address they cannot validate. Any fees associated with incorrect information provided by the customer, will be recovered from the customer without notice.

 Miscellaneous Disclaimers:
  • Damaged Product upon Return: Credit cannot be given for damaged product received. For customer's protection, a traceable, insured method of transit should be used for any authorized return. It is customer's discretion as to the carrier, but we recommend insured UPS or FedEx ground service, as these carriers provide tracking numbers that trace the package's route fully to its destination. Often the first $100 of insurance is free. 
     
  • Stolen packages: Once delivery has occurred to the address provided, we cannot be held responsible for the package. Customer will need to provide a safe/secure address to have packages delivered.
     
  • Signature Required: For residential deliveries that require a signature, you can leave a message for FedEx or USPS of where to leave the package safely (neighbor etc). We cannot relay this information for you, so be mindful of your area's delivery routines if you are not going to be home.
     
  • FedEx or USPS Delivery Delays due to weather or other emergencies beyond our control are not the responsibility of Barn Loft Candles.
     
  • Offers or promotions may be changed or taken down without notice and therefore no longer available. Orders submitted showing special discounts/offers after promotion is removed will not be honored. You must take advantage of the promotions while the offer is live.
     
  • Customer is responsible for burning candles properly (away from drafts, heat sources, flammables, away from children & in proper receptacles/holders etc) and maintain properly by keeping wicks trimmed to a safe length.

BarnLoftCandles.com website/business is not a physical location for product pickup or storefront availability. All products are shipped from our drop-shipper/s.
